• Change of uniform and clothes. ( T-shirts and socks are very important)

• Basic load bearing equipment, must have water carrying capability for 3 liters plus.
• Personal first aid pack.
• Weapons as you desire.
• Combat knife or multi-tool
• Face paint
• Combat boots x2 to have dry set if you need.

The training for this Ranger School will build on past schools and requires more detailed planning by students. Sceniors will be very demanding on the ares of team work and leadership, Make sure you bring something write on and plan with. Compass work will be stressed day and night. Interaction with civilains in and NATO environment will be played

First payments will be due to Runowo NLT 1st of March. This payment is 200 PLN and is no refundable (very mcuh a case by case basis). The second payment of 125 PLN will be due NLT 1st of Apirl. Youa re free to pay all up front or before these dates if you wish.

All troops are reminded that this is going to be Ranger School, things have changed. The staff and I are not your friends, we are there to push you, to make it stick or make it hurt, either way, to train you and make you more effective ASG players.

This school will address the normal operations, but at more intense level as well as detailed training and the small things that get you greased. Bring plenty of good attitude, 3x basic load for sure. I intend to use it all. Hooah!

Ranger School Training Outline.

Training will be conducted in 2 levels for the first day and a half.

Alfa Group will consist of persons who have attend Ranger School before and or have had advance training with me.

Bravo Group will consist of those who have not attended Ranger School or advanced training with me.

Assignment to either group is subjective and at the commander orders . Students maybe moved between groups as necessary based on observed levels of training.

The outline for Ranger School 2012, May 16-20 is as follows;

Wed 16 May:
1800 until finished; Reporting timing. A light refreshment will be available in the mess hall. Students must provide student information sheets at this time.

Thursday; 17 May:
0600-0615 First Call
0615-0700 PT
0700-0730 Personal Hygiene
0730-0830 Breakfast
0830-0900 Secure equipment and report to training
0900-1200 AG: advanced movement techniques and formations
BG: movement techniques and personal camouflage techniques
1200-1400 AG: Patrol bases
BG: Small unit formations,
1400-1500 Lunch break
1500-1600 Operations Orders and issue of orders for Night Recon missions
1600-2000 Mission prep and brief backs
2000-2400 Recon Missions (MILSIM)
2400 Lights out

Friday; 18 May

A reminder people. Attenance is at your own risk. Students sheet will require medical release and no one may attend under the age of 18 unless parent is available to sgin a wavier.

groups wishing to work at teams must identify themsleves and their members to me in a private message here on FB. I can then make plans for unit sizes etc. Individuals will be groups as teams or assigned to larger teams if needed. A team must be at least 5 ,en with an assigned leader. I will also need a seperate list of idividual equi[ment that each studetn plans to bring, weapons, NVG's etc this must be sent to my email...Acknowledge! .........

There will be a physical fitness evaluation the first day. tests will bea 3km movement for time with full gear, this means your full combat load as you will use in school. Water etc. then 20 push ups and pulls ups with gear. if the team is going to work as a team they must pass as a team. This test is necessary for the Cadre and myself to identify physical issues for the the school. No passing is not out of the school, just lets us know the limits if any for personnel and teams Hooah!...

Update on Ranger School...The general plan is that we will train hard in the morning, afternoons we will move into MILSIM mode. The sceniro will be one continuious theme, all missions will be connected with the same theme. That means the result of one mission will effect the next...i.e. recon missions will be made to gather information needed for the next mission, real world intell will be the key. If any on you have digital cameras that can be used in the field, its a good idea. Map reading skills will be greatly needed, I mean human skills not GPS. We will focus on field craft. If your working in a sniper team then I need to know. You will get your ass worked off. Others will not be left out....Trust me

During Ranger School this year the MILSIM will be layered over the training for a real time, real life situation. troops will train, but will also be conducting missions. On like past Ranger Schools, there will not be a break in the MILSIM for training. More advance teams, Rangers will be conducting missions, mission planning etc as "new" rangers train and work into the situation. Like real time units, new people must be trained to standards and then added to the unit.

OPFOR and NPC will be operating 24 hours during Rangers School, no down time.

During everyday military activities Rangers will experience both hostile as well as non hostile interactions.
Example of hostile activities:
- IED
- infantry ambush
- drive –by gunfire shootout
- sniper action

Example of non-hostile activities:
- locals seeking aid medical etc
- locals selling information which might be mission related

Otherwise there will be specific missions with specific goals for a Ranger Task Force:
- looking for ammo/gun dump
- checking locals at village
- attacking guerilla outpost
- retrieving lost personnel

This will be an active environment.
